Private Sauna Ceremony

Experience a 90 -minute Lithuanian-inspired Sauna ceremony, known as Pirtis, which is a traditional cleansing and restorative ritual rooted in ancestral practices. Involving heat, steam, and the use of natural elements.

Get immersed with medicinal herbs, clay, oils, salt and tree whisks. Participants experience multiple rounds of intense steam and heat, followed by cooling-off periods, in the cold plunge and sea.

You are gently beaten with vanta (leaf whisks made of birch or oak) to relax muscles, exfoliate skin, and invigorate the body. The ceremony is a deep sensory experience designed to cleanse the body and mind, improve circulation, and foster a sense of presence and connection to nature.

I, Jennifer Garland, have been working with sacred plants for 20 years and in Saunas for 3 years and am honoured to guide you through this plant sauna immersion. Bringing love humour and a sense of connection to all. I have trained directly with the Lithuanian tradition and British fusion.

Minimum four people per session, maximum eight. Dm me for the time that works for you, available on Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays (occasionally Saturdays).

 £250 for private ceremony and upto 8 people welcome. An intimate two person session includes individual whisking sessions. Or £35 per person minimum of 4 participants.
