Breath Beats is a journey through Breathwork and Somatic movement with Anna, to energise, connect and open. We then flow into an ecstatic dance of global music to uplift the soul with Sir Vinyl DJ Dave Spenceley.

We are delighted to celebrate our one year birthday on Newlyn green alongside Fika cafe with a sauna party and the wonderful Breath Beats. 

Please bring a bottle of water, a cushion and blanket, swim wear and sliders for the sauna and swim.

We will be planting a tree for each person breathing with us through Tree sisters to give back to the ‘Lungs of the World.’ 

What to expect: We use Breathwork and movement to land more deeply in the body, energise and get all the feel good chemicals naturally flowing so we can really let go into the dance fully! We typically have around 40 people in the space, doing a breath session followed by dancing in this size group seems to generate a huge amount of energy and exponential Joy!

And Rising Embers Sauna will be running along side so you can sauna before during or afterwards included in the price. You will be sent a code to book your slot at prefered time frame before the day.

There will be Nice Moon events for the kids (immersive sensory play)running alongside and they can dip in and out of the dance. This will be a fully head set event which we are super excited about, flow between the sauna the sea and the dancing when ever you feel the calling. 

Make a day of it kicking of with free Yoga on the green  9-10 am with Justine, Massage with Bindle in her holy horsebox, BAO BBQ- Danny Garland(1pm onwards) Sacred sas Hulahoop with HelenHula 2pm_3pm, Suitcase Circus for all 2pm onwards , Fika Serving Coffee Cake and bubbles + delicious summer Cocktails, Newlyn fermentary Kefir mocktails, Nice Moon Events Sensory play for the kids. Tropical tunes, community, food, play, sauna, until 6pm. And the amazing Newlyn Gallery will be open for a browse of the exhibitions and the upstairs room available if weather bad.
